Do I need to install anything?
No. Sooliva is fully cloud based: create an account, upload your product and start. No servers, plugins or training.
Where does the data come from?
Records are collected from publicly available sources such as maps, official registries, the open web and company websites. Personal data is processed under KVKK/GDPR and deleted on request.
Which countries are supported?
The Local plan covers Türkiye. The Global plan searches 50+ countries by country and sector, writing emails in the target language.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period and automatic renewal stops.
Do you provide invoices?
Corporate invoicing is available on all plans. Annual payment includes a discount and billing details are managed in the panel.
Can I add teammates?
Yes. Team members are added under a company account with separate roles and permissions, and credit usage is tracked per company.
Will my emails land in spam?
Sooliva lets you send through your own mailbox, protecting your domain reputation. Short, personalised, single-topic emails improve deliverability.
